Jessica Minh Ahh is known for turning the most iconic venues into catwalks. She is the only fashion show organizer who gets permission to some of the most outstanding venues such as the Grand Canyon skywalk, London’s tower bridge, etc. In March 2014, I had the privilege of working with her and for having her walk in my show, at the Gardens by the Bay, Singapore. An unusually high catwalk was built at the Bays OCBC skyway and my Underwater collection was launched!

I did not recall Singapore much, as I had visited as a child, but Singapore fashion is extremely trendy, especially the teen culture .I bought a few printed ts and crops, which seemed to be doing the rounds all over the city.

The event started with a red carpet preview and then refreshments were served with the audience being seated below the skywalk. I was attending with my colleague Rajni, who was great at handling everything regarding the event. There were screens displayed to zoom into details of the clothing . Everything was set and the show began. It went on until late afternoon .

This was followed by the press conference and then we had a short recess. The after party was fun and everyone was quite relaxed post the show.

Later , Rajni and I headed to Clark Quay, to explore Singapore nightlife further!
