Climate change has made summers getting excruciatingly hot all through the world; as global average temperatures have been increasing steadily in the last 150 years. As individuals is an initiative we can take to help our planet and ourselves during these summers and that is to start investing wisely. The key to summer clothing as I have always seen it is to always be wearing light, airy, durable and earth-friendly fabrics with breathable silhouettes to stay cool and happy during the sweltering heat!
Lately, many people are switching to organic beauty (including me), however, finding the right natural products for your skin type takes time and money.
In the meantime, I started making my own DIYs beauty treatments, which are absolutely natural and organic. The only downside is they don’t last long so you can’t store them for months. These are the top 4 you need to try!

The researchers also found that women with cluttered homes expressed higher levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
